5 day Assisted Yoga Practice, Clifton, Bristol
These small groups (maximum 6 -8 participants) are held in Lucy’s Yoga Room where she works with all levels of student, including beginners.
Students will receive verbal and physical assists and Lucy will appropriately manage the practice content of each individual. She provides an attentive and informative approach with an attention to detail and to the anatomical possibilities for each person.
This superb, breath based practice, can be suited to all with variations and modifications added.
Most importantly, Yoga is enjoyable, we feel good afterwards, the body is both worked and stretched similtaneously. A unique and gratifying sense of health and wellbeing can be experienced and a quietening of the mind. Yoga is simply the best thing for people to feel good.
Lucy makes the practice fun and experimental, working at the edges of new experience.
