Lucy runs small practice development weeks at the Chapel in Gweek, Cornwall, Teacher Trainings and Workshops in the UK and overseas. Lucy’s teaching focuses on the body, and a deeper connection into the tissues using anatomical knowledge to inform the body of the movements required in Asana.  Lucy pays attention to balancing the bones, working with the joints and muscles for correctly supported Asana for balanced and safe practice.

Lucy only uses the traditional counted method when teaching led classes, but is happy to inform the specific count for Asana, in response to student interest. Lucy offers intentional and clear Asana adjustment, and additional stretches and strength work, to develop attention to specific areas of the body.
