Come and join Lucy in an enjoyable and informational week of morning Yoga classes. (you can book weeks in a row if they are available)
The Ashtanga Vinyasa method of Yoga is a traditional form, and is a flowing system of breath synchronised with movement into and out of poses. It has an order of poses to follow and you build these up to create a practice that suits you. You can then practice at home and come back to receive more poses when you are ready.
The Assisted Practice is open to anyone and everyone who has an interest in developing a Yoga Practice, regardless of age, ability, or knowledge.
Monday to Friday (5 day course)
Start Time: 9.45am – 12.30pm finish.
